I specialize in chronic pain management, injury recovery and trauma recovery. I am certified and trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascia Release, Pre-Natal, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral, Sports Massage and Swedish Massage. My background is medical, I worked with Orthopedic Surgeons, pain management doctors and chiropractors. I started as a medical assistant and an EMT nurse and now a medical massage therapist.
